The book concludes with three indexes: “Geographic Index,” “Entry & Publisher Name Index,” and “Subject Index.” The indexes refer to the entry numbers used throughout the book. There are guide words at the tops of pages, and each section is clearly subdivided to facilitate use. For example, in the section on ADHD, material is grouped by national programs, publications/videos, and websites. Within these groups, lists are alphabetic.
